Non Woven Bottle & Cooler Bags (Hand Made)

Our PP non woven bottle carrier bags are made from a spun bonded polypropylene, come in a range of weights from 80gsm to 120gsm, and are available in a number of different pre-dyed colour materials. The PP non woven carrier bags are particularly popular as not only are they environmentally friendly, but they are lightweight and durable.  Also besides their air permeability and water resistant abilities, they can be conveniently machine washed to keep them looking their best at all times. The bottle bags can be made to hold 2, 4 or 6 bottles and have a dividing card to protect the bottles from colliding. The bags will also have a PP webbing style handle that we would use to give extra strength, with the tops turned over for comfort. For the cooler bags we add an aluminium paded lining to keep your items inside nice and cool, or even warm if prefered.

For solid or pantone colours, The PP non woven bottle carrier bags are screen printed on either one or both sides. For more graphically complex designs or 4 colour process printing we can use a printing process called Heat Transfer to get a clean and crisp finish.
